Brooke Mueller Loses Custody Of Her Children Because Of "Unsafe Environment"

Charlie Sheen‘s former wife Brooke Mueller had her twin boys, four-year-old Bob and Max taken from her house last night.  Children and Family Services deemed her house to be an “Unsafe Environment” for children.  Brooke has had a long history of drug abuse and headed back to rehab for the 19th time in December.  Apparently officials think that Brooke is using again and they believe the children were in danger.

The children are said to have been put in the care of another of Charlie Sheen’s ex wife Denise Richards. I guess the officials felt that Denise was a better place to put the boys that with their father Charlie.

TMZ has more on the story, “Sources tell us … officials determined Brooke’s home was unsafe because they suspected she was using drugs again — something she’s been struggling with for years — and they believed the children were in danger.”

It is surprising this was not done a long time again, Brooke has been in rehab 19 times, those poor children.  A hearing is set for next week to determine a more temporary situation for the boys.

What do you think?  Should someone who has been to rehab 19 times be allowed to have sole custody of their children?  Hit the comments and let us know your thoughts!

How nice is Denise for taking them? It’s great they’ll be with their sisters. Poor babies.

Please send those precious boys to me in Texas away from that whole scene. I’ve raised four adult children and would be more than willing to take on these two precious boys! Some people just don’t ‘get’ it!! My husband and I would LOVE to have them…….

It only took officials 19 times in rehab for them to decide that, how brilliant of them…. she should have lost her children a long time ago!
