General Hospital spoilers tease that Harmony (Inga Cadranel) may be dead, but some her action still haunt Port Charles to this day. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) grew up believing that Harmony was her biological mother but the truth was far more sinister.
Harmony was friendly with Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) who was so desperate to keep her family fortune that she gave away her comatose daughter’s twin babies so there would be no heirs.
Nina Reeves (Cynthis Watros) remained in a comatose state for twenty years and only discovered both daughters even existed a few years ago.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves had twin girls!
Nina gave birth to both Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), who later died, and Willow. The twins were given to separate adoptive parents and had no idea about either Nina or each other.
Harmony spent most of her life in one cult or another, finally settling on Dawn of Day. But even Harmony felt guilty and spoke often to her therapist, a man by the name Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan).
So when Harmony and Neil both ended up in Port Charles, Harmony was afraid Willow would discover that Nina was actually Willow’s mother, so she murdered Neil.
GH Spencer – Harmony killed a second Byrne brother!
Neil had a brother, Brenden Byrne (Joshua Cox) who came to Port Charles hoping to extort money from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who was with Neil the night he died.
But then he met Harmony and recognized her name from Neil’s files. He uncovered Harmony’s secret and tried to blackmail her. During a particular violent confrontation with Harmony, Brenden also died.
Eventually, the truth came out and Nina and Willow discovered they were mother and daughter. But there is a third Byrne brother, and he’s arriving in Port Charles shortly.
General Hospital Spoilers – Fergus Byrne has an axe to grind!
Fergus Byrne (Lane Davies) may take issue with Alexis because Neil lost his medical license because Alexis had been his patient and then they started a romantic relationship without waiting two years as required by the medical board.
But the real blame lies with Harmony, who was directly responsible for the death of both of his brothers. Harmony may be dead now, but Fergus could easily want to make Willow suffer since she was the secret Harmony was willing to kill to keep. It’s possible he has revenge on his mind and not just on Alexis, but Willow too.
