The General Hospital spoilers suggest more of the same for Sonny Corinthos. He will continue his downward spiral as women clamor for his attention. His bipolar disorder is getting worse by the day as he continues to have manic episodes. His inner circle is starting to notice something is off about him.
Sonny doesn’t understand what’s happening. He insists that he’s been following the label on his bipolar medication. Sonny hasn’t suspected that someone could be messing with his meds. The reason why they’re not working is because he’s mostly taking placebo pills.
He’s been doing everything he can to adjust. However, he can’t tackle his mental health. He continues to have a mental breakdown. Ava Jerome (Maura West) wonders what happened to his medication. She doesn’t have to wonder since she already knows the truth about his pills.
Ava’s been keeping this secret from him. She wants to get closer to him. Some GH fans wonder about her agenda. Ava’s goal is to become the most important woman in Sonny’s life. She insists she wants what’s best for him, but she’s thinking about herself.

The General Hospital spoilers suggest that Sonny’s mental health could exonerate him. He can’t escape his legal problems. All of Port Charles is ganging up on him. They call Sonny a traitor for all the pain he put them through.
He’s already on the outs with Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright), Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). They used to be on Sonny’s side. But he pushed him away, especially now that he’s crumbling.
Meanwhile, other people are sick of his ever-growing list of crimes. Sonny could end up with more problems because of his criminal past. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Mayor Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) are tired of being nice to him. They’re both trying to prosecute him.
