The Young and the Restless spoilers teases Elizabeth Hendrickson played a ukulele and sung a lullaby written by her cousin to her baby girl, as she waits for her to arrive, and posted it on Instagram recently!
Elizabeth Hendrickson’s Due Date Is Overdue By A Couple Of Days
Elizabeth’s due date is overdue by a couple of days at this point, but that’s fairly common for someone in her first successful pregnancy. She has had some miscarriages but this is her first time to make it to full term so she is happy and grateful for that.
She comments, “My cousin @bassoonenough wrote a lullaby for our baby girl. I haven’t played the ukulele in over a year but her lyrics and melody are so sweet hopefully that won’t matter. It only took me about 40 takes because I cried every time i played it. I hope you love it as much as I do.” Science has proven that babies in the womb can hear what’s going on outside mommy’s tummy, so this was a sweet song to her sweet baby!
Elizabeth Hendrickson’s Maternity Journey
Elizabeth had announced her happy news several months ago, writing “No that’s not a belly full of bagels, it’s a belly full of bagels and a baby! We can’t wait to meet our baby GIRL, March 2020. Our journey to getting pregnant has not been easy and I’m looking forward to talk about it more publicly, hear your stories, share experiences, and learn as much as I can from all of you!
I’m finally going to be a mother and I can’t wait for what’s to come!” At 33 weeks she wrote, : “33 weeks and still feeling great! I am so thankful for having the most enjoyable pregnancy. I can’t believe we will have her in our arms and finally meet face to face in just several weeks. I will miss her in my belly. Cherishing this time as much as I can. Every time we walk the Venice canals she dances for joy. This will continue to be our early morning walk to see the ocean when she arrives. I can’t wait 🙂

The stories that other women shared made me realize I was not alone and at times I felt guilty talking about it when I heard about those who had miscarriages much later than I or had given birth to stillborns. “ “Talk about your experiences,” Hendrickson urged. “Good or bad. You will find a new tribe of support you never knew existed. It’s what gave me the strength and courage to continue to try. We were meant to be parents when the timing was right.

I couldn’t at the time understand why that was our story but now looking back, I can see it all clearly. What’s meant to be is meant to be. Trust the story being written no matter how it may unfold.
