One of the latest posts from Matt stated that he was looking to hire some “hard-working” hands for the farm during its busiest season. This more than likely made his sons, Jeremy and Zach Roloff upset because it was obvious that he was taking a jab at them. His son, Jacob Roloff, is currently working on the farm to help out for the fall season. Matt needs to hire some more employees that can help guide tours, put up tents, and help all over the farm.
Matt has started to hire new staff because he has some things to do in the house that he needs to focus on. With extra hands on deck, he can focus more on renovations before the farm sells and he can also relax a little more during this season.

With all of the new updates on the farm, fans are curious if the farm has sold yet. One fan asked Matt if there had been any interest in the farm yet. Matt told them, “There’s something in the works on it, some deals in the making. Nothing is done until it’s done, right?” This really piqued the interests of his followers and it led them to believe that it is close to being sold.
