Matt has worked on the farm for three decades. He’s been preparing for the pumpkin season, and he’s also busy building his dream home.
Recently, Matt has decided to sell the Roloff Farms. Nobody anticipated that this would be the cause of tension between Matt and his children. Matt is still unable to find a buyer for the property, and fans have come up with their own reasons why he’s struggling to sell the land.
Little People Big World Spoilers – Did Matt Make A Mistake When He Decided Not To Let His Sons Take Over The Farm?
Matt and his son, Zack Roloff, are not on good terms after the former declined the latter’s offer to take over part of the property. Then, Zack and his family decided to move to their new home in Washington.
Jeremy Roloff was also in the running to take over part of the Roloff Farms. But Matt still declined his offer. So far, Jacob is the only son that remains since both Zack and Jeremy failed to secure the property.
Unlike his brothers, Jacob doesn’t seem to have any interest in the farm. And even if he did, Matt has decided to let someone else take over the property since he already put the 16 acres of land on sale.
There have been no offers to buy up the land, and viewers think they know why.
Little People Big World Updates – Why Are There No Offers For The Farm?
As previously mentioned, Matt has been very busy, and he’s looking for people who want to help him look after the farm. Jeremy and Zack don’t seem to like the idea. Why hire other people when he could have left the property at the hands of his own sons, Zack and Jeremy? Because of this, tension continues to rise, and it appears no one wants to make amends.
As for Jacob, he frequently helps his father on the farm, as per Matt’s Instagram post. Jacob’s wife is also reportedly helping out. Unlike Zack and Jeremey, Jacob and Matt are on good terms after all the drama that happened between him and his father.
