OutDaughtered Mom Danielle Busby Struggles With Grade 1 Quints

OutDaughered: Danielle Busby

OutDaughtered mom Danielle Busby shared quite a lot about the quints who attend the same school as Blayke this year. Riley, Olivia, Ava, Hazel, and Parker all moved to Grade 1. That means that all the girls go to school at the same time, on the same days. Well, Danielle predicted that life would be easier and less complicated. However, it didn’t turn out that way.

OutDaughtered Mom Danielle Busby Talks About School

In September, Danielle shared one thing that might make her busy life a bit less stressful. The quints and Blayke all came home from school on the bus. Clearly, the kids enjoy doing the same thing as their peers as they seek a bit more independence. Naturally, at six years old, the quints all feel a little bit keen on some independence. Actually, they also express that in their individual choice of outfits.

The OutDaughtered kids that Danielle and Adam Busby raise might be growing up, but they are still little girls. In fact, Adam caught Hazel trying to smuggle seven stuffed toys into her school backpack. Of course, Grade 1 means less time for play and more time for work. Naturally, being in Grade 1 means homework. That’s fine for small families, but for a mom with six kids all wanting help at the same time, Danielle feels a bit overwhelmed.

OutDaughtered Mom Feels A Bit Worn Out Already

Danielle Busby took to her Instagram on Wednesday. She shared a photo of the quints surrounding her. In her caption, she said, “Y’all! 😳I thought when the quints started first grade, and in school five days a week…that life would be “easier.” Well, it didn’t work out that way. She added, “BUT LET ME TELL YOU 🙀 it’s even “more busy… and it’s no joke trying to keep up daily with ALL the things.

For the OutDaughtered mom, it’s the added homework that seems a bit of a struggle. She said that she still tries to find “rhythm and balance.” Next, she talked about the homework, saying, “one thing I am trying to figure out is ‘how to do homework with my own classroom 🤔🙃.”

Whatever she tries seems to not work for all the kids. So, she tries giving herself and the kids some “grace.” Actually, she knows she must not and cannot do it all for them. However, she struggles with that as it’s just not part of her “personality.”

Fans Comment On The Homework Struggle

Many parents, some of the teachers, empathized with Danielle Busby. One of them commented, “I’m a former Kg and 1st-grade teacher. Grade 1 is tough. Good luck! Just make sure they read aloud every night!”

Then another fan wrote, “The homework is ridiculous! I suffered from trying to help 2 children through school!
