The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Adam Promises To Win – Victor’s Next Victoria Attack Risky

The Young And The Restless: Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is determined to convince his father that he is the right child to lead the company. Viewers took note that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was only offered a specific period of about a decade for this intended reign.

Adam does not see his father enduring forever. However long the Moustache lasts on the earth, Grossman’s character also believes that his old man might not be mentally capable of remaining in charge for that many more years.

Then, there is Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). She is off in New York with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), more concerned about restoring her relationship than handling the business responsibilities she sought in the recent past.

The section header is an intended version of the statement Victoria offered her father when making the demand that led to Victor giving her the Chief Executive Officer title. He was impressed that she made a bold chess move and was prepared to walk from the company if he did not agree to her demand.

Victor sees the flaws within his children but also recognizes their good points. Victoria is someone who he feels balances a business instinct with a temperament that is arguably better than his own.

Temperament is a word Adam used when claiming that he has learned from his mistakes and has matured.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Can Not Possibly Succeed?

Victoria and Ashland do not see Adam as a threat. Both people share a belief that he is a second-tier player.

Victor told Adam that he better not screw up. That was not the type of endorsement a newly installed CEO would receive in normal circumstances.

Adam agreed to head the family business at a time of intense turmoil that was caused by Victoria’s messy personal life. Her emotional link to Ashland created a merger that flopped and was quickly ended. Then, she left a hole at the CEO’s desk that Victor needed to fill.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Victor Newman Underestimates Both Children

Victor believes that Victoria and Adam will only be productive if they remain under his watchful eye. The founder of the restored Newman Enterprises trusts his wife, who he has divorced and remarried various times, more than his oldest child and youngest son.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) wisely volunteered to return to her Chief Operating Officer slot. Doing so lets Adam fly solo while she keeps tabs on him.

But is it possible that Victor has underestimated both of his children? Maybe Victoria is right about Ashland, and Adam will meet or beat expectations as the latest CEO of Newman Enterprises.
