General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Elizabeth Resists When Laura And Finn Push Her To See Kevin
General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will resist when Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) push her to see Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). Elizabeth won’t feel her “hauntings” by Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) are an emotional or psychiatric problem in an upcoming episode of GH.
General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins And Hamilton Finn Have Been Worried
Laura and Finn have both been worried about Elizabeth, especially when she thought a medium, Chelsea Lam (Jen Ray) had Franco talking to her! Neither Finn nor Laura believes in the supernatural or voices from the dead or ghosts, and Finn quite frankly told the medium off for taking advantage of a vulnerable person. However, what Chelsea told her about Franco could have made a lot of sense – “he” had told her she needs to be at peace with her past to move on.
Elizabeth may not have properly grieved her dead husband – even though with an inoperable brain tumor coming back he would have died anyway, she held out hope. There may have been an experimental procedure they could have found that could have saved his life, but Peter August (Wes Ramsey) took away that chance!
General Hospital Updates – The “Hauntings” Have Been Happening Since Valentine’s Day
The “hauntings” which seem to be Franco-related have been happening to Elizabeth since Valentine’s Day – which would have been her and Franco’s anniversary. Since Franco died, Elizabeth’s life has been full of stress and it has never let up, nor does it show any signs of letting up any time soon! Cameron Webber (William Lipton) had a terrible time accepting Franco’s death – he even broke into the morgue in the basement of General Hospital, not believing his body was really there! Cameron would agree that perhaps ghosts are real, although he never told her- his birth father, Zander Smith (Chad Brannon) came to him in his time of need! Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) has received many ghostly visits from Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) in times of stress, but Elizabeth’s hauntings are different and decidedly disturbing!
General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Has Not Been Sleeping Well And Has Been On Sleeping Medication
Elizabeth hasn’t been sleeping well and has been on medicine to help her sleep- although side effects have been ruled out as a cause of her “hauntings”. She has continued to “push through” and be there for everyone else except herself – including Finn when they found themselves hiding a not-so-dead Peter! Finn and Laura have talked about this, with both being concerned about the effects on Elizabeth’s psyche and knowing how the mind can do strange things.
Both Finn and Laura think maybe seeing Kevin at least for grief counseling may help Elizabeth, and Kevin thinks so too. Finn has talked to Kevin about what has been going on at the Baldwin house and that the “stalker” or the “ghost” seems to follow her.
Laura Webber And Hamilton Finn Carefully Broach The Subject
Laura and Finn carefully broach the subject of at least one session with Kevin to Elizabeth, saying he may be able to help her get to the bottom of it. Elizabeth is offended and resistant – she insists that she’s not hallucinating and she’s not crazy! She is so defensive it is telling – they don’t try to psychoanalyze her but it’s obvious that she has wondered the same things! Laura tells Elizabeth that stress on top of not enough sleep and not enough self-care can make strange things happen and she’s been through things like that herself. She and Finn try hard not to be patronizing when they suggest Kevin can help – at least they talk Elizabeth into considering it!
