Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) Spoilers: Jan Wants Marlena To Declare Her Sane!

Days Of Our Lives: Jan Spears (Heather Lindell)

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) is using her high-risk pregnancy as both a way to get closer to Shawn Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) as well as avoid spending another day in prison. Jan was able to convince Shawn that their baby was at risk as long as she was behind bars, so Shawn managed to have Jan stay at his house, under house arrest. This is great for Jan now, but she knows that once the baby is born, she will have to go back to jail. Jan knows that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) was once a mentally disturbed serial killer but after therapy with Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Ben was declared sane and eventually became a free man!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Jan Spears Wants Dr. Marlena Evans To Help Keep Her Out Of Prison!

While Marlena was able to help Ben, his recovery was a slow process that required both intensive therapy and the right medication. Jan will reason that since Marlena was possessed by the Devil, 00’s her fault that Jan was able to seduce Shawn and get pregnant anyway. Marlena would be well within her rights to refuse to treat Jan since Jan slept with Belle Black (Martha Madison), Marlena’s daughter.

Days Of Our Lives Updates – Belle Black Will Be Furious If Marlena Evans Manages To Keep Jan Out Of Prison!

But Marlena will reluctantly agree to be Jan’s therapist, although she will certainly struggle with that decision especially after Belle finds out. But the bottom line is that Marlena is a doctor and Jan’s obsession with Shawn might be treatable with the right therapy. Marlena may think she’s helping to get Jan to stop her obsession with Shawn but that will likely never happen.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Jan Spears Hasn’t Had An Easy Life!

Jan was pregnant once before and lost the baby, so that will certainly be on both Jan’s and Shawn’s minds as Jan’s pregnancy progresses. Not only that, but she has spent most of her adult life in a coma. But Marlena would do well to remember that the moment Jan wakes up from her comatose state, she sets out to hurt Belle. Jan murdered Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) in cold blood just to frame Belle for the crime. She had actually come out of her coma weeks before she let on, which allowed her to kill Charles while having an airtight alibi. Jan is devious and doesn’t want to change, unlike Ben, who worked really hard to be a better man. No amount of therapy will help Jan unless she truly wants to change.

What Do You Think?

Why does Jan want Marlena to be her therapist? Will Marlena keep Jan out of prison once she is no longer pregnant? Will Belle see Marlena’s actions as a betrayal?
