Hours after issuing the apology, she stepped out in a red dress with Prince Harry, who presented war heroes with medals in New York.
Royal Family News: New Evidence Reveals Meghan Markle Heavily Influenced “Unauthorized Biography”
Court documents recently sensationally revealed that the former actress offered to help write “Finding Freedom”, despite her prior claims that she had nothing to do with it.
She, along with her husband Harry, previously denied co-operating with the authors of the unauthorized biography.
The new evidence shows that the couple authorized “specific cooperation” for certain topics in the book.
A witness statement from their former communications secretary Jason Knauf proved that the couple definitely collaborated on a series of topics that would feature in “Finding Freedom”.
After being heavily briefed by both Meghan and Harry, Jason Knauf sat down with the writers of the biography and briefed Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand on Meghan’s chosen topics.
Harry did explain to Jason Knauf that he and his wife would love to have the opportunity to deny having had anything to do with the biography. “I totally agree that we have to be able to say we didn’t have anything to do with it. Equally, you giving the right context and background to them would help get some truths out there.”
She later issued an apology to the court, writing that she “forgot” she expressly directed Knauf to help with the book.

Daily Mail contributor Piers Morgan also slammed the Duchess following the report that she influenced the biography “Finding Freedom”, writing that he never believed “a word” she says.
