British royal family news reveals that Princess Charlotte is taking after her royal mom Kate Middleton, Duchess Of Cambridge more and more each day.
Last week the Duchess of Cambridge had a virtual meet-up with select UK teachers and they discussed among other things how they are coping with the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. Then, during the conversation, Kate reached a hand to the back of her ponytail and gave it a little flick.

The cute gesture did not escape the notice of a fan who likened her flick to that of one Charlotte did on her first day of school in September 2019. Fan account of Cambridge shared a video of the mother-daughter duo doing their hair flips and it looks like Charlotte is a perfect mini-me!
Kate Middleton had the call with teachers last week. She was intent on listening to them explain their situations as the coronavirus pandemic continues. The UK is now in its third lockdown period due to the risk of infection. As Kate listened, at one point she reached for her hair, which was tied in a ponytail.
Royal Family News: Princess Charlotte is Taking After Her Royal Mom
Video shows that 5-year-old Princess Charlotte also twirled her hair, which was in a low ponytail, on her first day of school in September 2019 as she walked into Thomas’s Battersea in London.
Her parents, Kate and Prince William, and big brother, Prince George, were with her and Charlotte played with her hair as she greeted the private school’s principal, Helen Haslem.
As People reported, Kate and Charlotte have fashionably twinned before. For instance their last family Christmas card shows Charlotte on her mom’s knee, wearing a pair of brown boots with long brown tassels.
Royal Family News: Kate Middleton is Fashion Forward
The unique boots were made just for Charlotte by Penelope Chilvers, the designer who makes footwear Kate has been wearing for nearly two decades. Kate purchased her first pair of the designer’s knee-high Tassel Boots when she was a student at St. Andrew’s University, reportedly around the same time she began dating Prince William.
After the card came out the designer posted on Instagram, “Very excited to see Princess Charlotte in our Mini-Me Tassel Boots. Her mother, HRH Catherine has been wearing the #LongTasselBoots for so many years, it is so sweet that Princess Charlotte now has a mini-me style!”
