Tobey Maguire was seen heading to brunch in Los Angeles on Sunday. He was accompanied by his wife Jennifer Meyer-Maguire and kids Ruby and Otis.
In June, Maquire was sued by a group of investors after losing over $300,000 in a high-stakes poker game. The lawsuit stems from the criminal case against hedge fund manager Bradley Ruderman, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison in January.
