Giuliana and Bill Rancic are about to become parents!

The couple’s gestational carrier went into labor Wednesday, E! News confirmed.

Bill later tweeted :

“It’s game time”

The couple spent the past week in Colorado on a ‘Babymoon’ vacation.

“Great hike on Vail Mountain, amazing couples massage . . . Now, this is how to spend a babymoon! Heaven,” the mom-to-be tweeted Aug. 26.
