Royal Family News: Kate Middleton And Prince William Celebrate Their 14th wedding Anniversary With a Private Trip to Mull

British royal family news reveals that Prince William and Princess Catherine are now in Mull to celebrate their 14th In this region of the world, William and Kate are referred to as the Lord and Lady of the Isles as well as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay.

Today they arrived in Tobermory in matching tweed jackets as they begin a two-day trip to the Inner Hebrides.

For the occasion Kate debuted a summertime hairstyle and was resplendent in a £549 herringbone blazer from Holland Cooper, hiking boots, skinny jeans and a blue shirt.

She also paid tribute to her children with a necklace displaying the letters G, C and L, for Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine and Prince Louis, seven.

The couple were photographed at the 18th Century fishing port made famous in the hit children’s show Balamory.

For his part Prince William looked dashing as he accompanied his wife, decked out in a gray blazer, jeans, and brown suede shoes.

A crowd of hundreds of cheering locals and tourists greeted them and bagpipes played as their car approached the community centre in Tobermory.

It’s reported that the for the getaway William and Kate will stay in “an isolated self-catering cottage for two during the visit – 14 years after they tied the knot at Westminster Abbey in 2011.”

Later in the day Kate and William waved to fans as they were greeted by Morven Summers, Chair of the Aros Hall Committee, as well as influencer, interior designer, and local resident Banjo Beale.

The royal could talked to locals about a private visit they made here when they were students at St. Andrew’s. On that visit, 20 years ago, Kate bought two watercolour paintings which she said now hang in a bedroom at home.

The Prince also said that on a solo trip to the island “he may have had one or two ciders during his long weekend on Mull as a student.”

The trip comes after a year William called “brutal.” At the start of 2024 Kate and Prince Charles were both diagnosed with cancer and began treatment. Kate completed treatment in September while Charles is still receiving treatment.
