The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is ecstatic that Talia Morgan’s (Natalie Morales) story hit the internet. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) learned that dirt about her past is being digitally slung.
Phyllis dropped a second soapy shoe on Diane’s head. She told her Marchetti colleague Talia is producing a series of stories about Diane.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) was not happy to read the link his sister, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), sent him. He wants Jabot to be about business, not petty attacks.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Run Out Of Town Instead?
Phyllis concocted a scheme and formed an alliance. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is her lead accomplice, though Phyllis is willingly fronting the effort.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), who works at Jabot but is rarely seen, is a grudging participant in the scheme. Davidson is a recurring cast member. So that explains why her character has not been overly involved in the attempt to force Diane out of town.
This push feels like it could backfire. Phyllis has the most to lose because she is knowingly deceiving her daughter, Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier). She continues to pressure Phyllis to come clean, but Stafford’s character will not do so.
The Young And The Restless Updates – Kyle Abbott Loves His Mom
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) pushed past his feelings. Diane’s presence proved too powerful for him to hold a grudge against her.
Diane asked Kyle for a referral because she wanted to support herself. But Diane never asked for a job at Jabot. The Marchetti public relations gig was all Kyle’s doing, with endorsement and support from Summer.
Kyle will be furious, assuming that Phyllis’ role in Talia’s hit series is revealed. Diane could gain the sympathy vote from Kyle, Summer, and Jack unless some devastating evidence is unearthed.
Jack Abbott Fires Red?
Phyllis, Nikki, and Ashley want Diane out of Genoa City, Wisconsin. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) told Nikki he is glad Talia is producing her hit piece series.
But Jack heads Jabot, with Marchetti being a division. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) just agreed to be Jack’s co-Chief Executive Officer.
Jack likely will reject the chaos Phyllis’ plan intends. Adam probably will not go along with anything that would benefit his father, despite calling off vendetta plans.
Phyllis’ idea to turn Kyle, Summer, and Jack against Diane is creating trouble for Walters’ character. But the eventual outcome could negatively affect Phyllis and potentially her co-conspirators more than Diane on Y&R.
