The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) Spoilers: Brooke And Ridge Fallout Creates Collateral Damage Across LA
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) are not two teenagers, as they have long behaved toward each other. Instead of other high-school friends and their parents being impacted by the latest crisis in their ever-shaky relationship, both people are grown adults with children, grandchildren, extended family members, friends, and a major fashion business they are tied to.
There is more than a whiff of recklessness every time Brooke and Ridge willingly present their private business for everyone’s consumption and input. However, daytime is about drama, so why would it be any other way?
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Forrester Feels Lost
Brooke believes that what happened is her fault. While she is mystified at her urge to drink, it happened, and the secret could not be kept.
Ridge feels a mix of disillusionment and disappointment toward Brooke. The audience can see that he is conflicted and is not as angry as he has been at her during past breakups.
Brooke may not be able to summon the energy to indefinitely pursue reconciliation with Ridge unless the truth is soon pushed out. Only the most hardcore Brooke detractors do not feel sorry for her, even considering her well-known past and the fact that she chose to withhold the truth about today’s crisis from Ridge.
The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Sheila Carter Pushes The Plot?
Meanwhile, TPTB created a clever scene at the cliff house. An unrepentant villain, who stands with the GOAT (greatest of all-time) soap opera fiends, was having it out with a reformed baddie.
Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) conversation with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) at the cliff house was not planned. Through that encounter, Thomas gained life-altering intel. But will Atkinson’s character be able to tell his father, Brooke, or someone what he learned?
As masterful as Sheila was in engineering Brooke’s night of drinking, she was just as dense in being undisciplined when responding to Thomas. That exchange reminded fans that Sheila reacted differently when Brooke degraded her at Il Giordino in front of Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) just before the end of last year.
Sheila was surprised Brooke offered no compassion to her but did not lash out. Instead, she plotted Brooke’s downfall. When Thomas chewed Sheila out for past injustices, she responded with anger, telling him why he should be grateful to her and then led him to conclude why Brooke drank. That pushed the plot forward.
Taylor Hayes Inadvertently Hurt?
Sheila wants Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) back with Ridge because Allen’s character gave her a second chance. Doing so facilitated Christmas-time connections with her son, John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), and his family.
Brown’s iconic soap villain went to great lengths to sabotage Brooke’s life and has succeeded beyond expectations. Strongly hinting about that effort to Thomas endangers what Sheila did, the renewed bond Taylor has with Ridge and potentially may halt or reverse the collapse of Brooke and Ridge’s marriage.
Sheila’s undisciplined reaction to Thomas may result in Taylor becoming collateral damage, along with her children. Plus, Sheila may have needlessly revealed herself as well.
