General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) have been slowly growing closer the last several months. Elizabeth and Finn worked tirelessly to save Finn’s brother, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), after he was poisoned by Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Finn eventually found a cure, and he and Elizabeth bonded over the life or death situation. But that wasn’t the only thing that brought them together. In a rage, Finn threw Peter down a staircase as the hospital, seemingly killing him. Liz came upon the scene and the two of them stashed Peter’s body in a sub-basement at the hospital inside a freezer.

By the time they went back to the sub-basement, Peter’s body had disappeared. Although Elizabeth was certain Peter was dead, it was a relief to find out she must have been mistaken. The duo has shared a kiss once or twice, but neither of them has been ready to start a new relationship. Finn has spent the last several months dealing with his breakup from Anna DeVane (Finola Hughes). And for her part, Elizabeth is still mourning the death of her husband, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), who was murdered by Peter. But now that time has passed, will a camping trip bring the couple together?

So after such a difficult few months, Finn and Elizabeth are taking their kids camping together. And while neither of them seems to be experts in the great outdoors, surely they will make many memories.
And with their guard down, and nothing bad happening around them, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if they don’t find themselves kissing once again. And this time, they may be ready to move on with their lives. Could Finn and Elizabeth actually become an official couple? Or is it still too soon to tell?

As viewers know, Peter is actually still alive although it’s still not clear how he got out of the sub-basement or why Elizabeth believed he was dead. But once Peter leaves Nixon Falls and makes his way back to Port Charles, both Finn and Elizabeth may come face to face with a very much alive Peter who is out for revenge!
