Jacob Roloff Vents About LPBW Reveals His Plans
Jacob Roloff, formerly on Little People, Big World (LPBW), returned to the subject of his departure from the TLC show recently. On social media, the TLC alum also revealed his vision for the Roloff Farms business in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Revising His Departure
On Monday, Matt Roloff’s youngest son, the only one still on the farm, shared a photo on Instagram of himself with his son, Mateo,3. The duo stood in front of a healthy-looking crop of sunflowers, and Mateo reached up to smell one of them. In his caption, Jacob spoke about how he left the farm and the show “10 years ago.”

In his caption, the former LPBW star said that it’s been a decade since he was old enough to decide to get out of the TLC show. Then, he described his feelings about “reality TV” as disgusting.
Acknowledging he got paid, he mentioned how he used that cash to “build my world back again with my wife, rather than capitalize on it for all it was worth, for better or worse.” Fans already know that he trained and then started growing marijuana. But, he also diversified into other organic crops.
A Vision For The Future
Talking about the annual Pumpkin Season agritainment event, Jacob Roloff mentioned how much he appreciates the support of the fans who watch the show. However, he is rather keen on emphasizing and deepening “a reform back to community-based agritourism.”
Talking about farming, he seems to have a reverence for the land and what people should be doing with it. Jacob added:
Farmland is sacred now. Especially in a world of nearly lost topsoil and diminishing nutrient density in our foods. And on a larger scale, with farmland all over the country being bought and developed, I am grateful for the opportunity to be where I am to steward this land the best I can.
Followers React To The New Direction
Audrey and Jeremy Roloff wanted the farm, as did his brother, Zach. However, Matt Roloff turned them both down. Eventually, Jacob returned from his wanderings and fans like his approach. One of them wrote, “I admire your dedication and honesty towards the farm.”
Others also expressed their feelings. Here are a few of those comments:
