Devon wants to continue to work with Nate and believes that he needs to get guidance to help him to become more effective at his job. Nate does not believe that he needs to have guidance to do his job. Lily knows that Devon and Nate have been having their differences. Lily may need to find a way to help Devon and Nate to work together.

Billy has decided that he wants Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to become his co-host on his personal podcast. Billy believed that Chelsea could help to bring a different perspective to the podcast. Billy has found that he wants to spend time with Chelsea. Chelsea has been dealing with the loss of her friend Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and has been grateful to Billy for helping her.
