GH Stars Kirsten Storms & Emme Rylan Are “Bestie Goals” in New Social Media Post
General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that the bonds made backstage are long-lasting. While Emme Rylan hasn’t returned to her post as Lulu Spencer on the ABC soap, that doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy some BFF time with former castmate, Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones), off camera, right? The two ladies hung out and brought their mini me’s along, showing off their day on a recent social media post.
Besties For The Resties
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that on canvas, Lulu Spencer (now played by Alexa Havins Bruening) and Maxie are the best of friends, despite Lulu’s antics recently against Maxie’s other BFF, Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton). Still, when Emme Rylan was in the role from 2013-2020, she and Storms bonded; a bond that has not since been broken.
The two ladies had a girls’ day, along with their daughters, and captured the moment in a photo that Storms uploaded on her Instagram. The shot was a ‘selfie’ of them, in a car, and the caption read, “@emmerylan and I were out and about today. We each brought a mini me. #thebestiesummerof2025”
Kimberly McCullough, ex-Robin Scorpio-Drake, commented on the post, saying, “Cuties,” and she certainly couldn’t be more right about the adorable photo of the best friends with their little girls.

While Storms soaked up some much-needed time with her friend, her character couldn’t be more frustrated with her friendship situation. She’s caught in the middle between Lulu and BLQ, and while she gave it the old college try to get these two to mend fences, she failed miserably when Lulu refused to apologize to Brook Lynn for her role in exposing Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) true parental lineage.
Gio had a meltdown at the 2025 Nurses Ball because of Lulu’s carelessness and has been trying to digest the fact that Brook Lynn is his biological mom, while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is his bio dad.
With BLQ digging around in Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) birth, and how Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was the one who carried him to term, things are bound to only get worse!
