Pumpkin Efird Upsets Disgruntled Customers

Pumpkin Efird from Mama June: Family Crisis is taking a lot of heat from disgruntled WEtv fans who buy the trinkets and gadgets that she sells online. The mom of four kids with Josh seems to be getting a bad rep with her customers.

WEtv fans have complained in the past because sometimes, the Mama June star gets quite aggressive with her potential buyers. Perhaps her twins keep her up at night because she never used to be so grumpy. In fact, at one stage she got a lot of kudos for taking in her sister, Honey Boo Boo. 

This week, fans slammed Pumpkin because they allegedly ordered and paid for goods that didn’t arrive. Admittedly, with the custody of the kids, the divorce, and other incidents involving Josh, her ex, things could be quite chaotic. But, customers don’t care about that. 

Fans Slam The Reality TV Star In 2025

WEtv fans saw on Reddit, that U/DramaticAct3560 shared some screenshots that revealed some unhappy campers. “Y’all customers are letting pumpkin have it,” they wrote in the caption. From what could be seen, more than just one or two folks are complaining. 

One message left for Pumpkin Efird said, “I still haven’t gotten my mystery sweatshirt .” Not alone, others also had their say in the comments. 

Here’s another unhappy camper: “This is getting to be a little ridiculous. I still haven’t received my stuff from this or that Santana in NOVEMBER. I’ve tried to be patient but something is just not right here.”

Extremely unhappy, one Mama June fan ranted a bit, saying:

…hasn’t even shipped the items. It is still waiting for items to be dropped off. And this was after being told these item were being shipped 5 times since ordered on Jan 2nd. After asking for refunds, my emails…went unreturned and a credit was issued so she could still get her money! I have proof of everything… Shady business…unprofessional, and scammer!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HER HERE!

As usually happens with Pumpkin Efird, commenters wondered why anybody buys from Josh Efirds’ ex. Many similar complaints occurred in the past. Some folks allege that in their opinion, the items seem not worth the hassle or the price. It’s not clear how many people feel unhappy with the reality TV star because it’s not likely that anyone will find the time to scroll through thousands of comments.
