Mama June: Family Crisis Documents Pumpkin Efird’s Divorce?

Mama June, Family Crisis fans were shocked to hear that Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird and her husband Josh were getting divorced.

And now, WeTV fans suspect it will be documented in a new season. It came after the daughter of June Shannon called for privacy for the sake of the kids. 

Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird Lives A Public Life

As the Shannon family puts their lives out on reality all the time, it seems that there are few secrets.

Sooner or later, sleuths chase down details about the Mama June: Family Crisis cast. For instance, when Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell passed away, it didn’t take long for fans to realize that her daughter Kaitlyn was separated from her half-sister, Kylee. 

At the moment, Pumpkin Efird is using her maiden name on social media. She and Josh fought in the past, but things seemed to settle down a bit after the arrival of the twins, Sylus and Stella.

They also raise the two older kids, Ella Grace, 6, and Bentley. After putting those kids all over TV, their mom wants privacy as the divorce plays out. But, WeTV fans are convinced that the divorce will be on a new season. 

The Divorce On WeTV?

On August 9, a Mama June fan screenshot a Facebook post by Josh Efird’s ex and shared it on Reddit. In it, Lauryn complained because of leaks about her private life.

Additionally, she slammed rumormongers. Next, she spoke about how she and Josh raise four kids together.

She wants to deal with it “privately as a family,” and cited the kids when talking about “respect.”

In the discussion that followed a lot of WeTV fans laughed at the idea of a Shannon wanting to keep their lives private. Here are some of their reactions:

• what private are they talking about? None of them work or have real jobs they get paid to have their personal lives exploited.
• They have a whole TV show the only reason she’s not speaking on it is bc they hope to profit from it via WeTV.
• Exactly. We aren’t speaking on it is code for but “tune in next season and watch our scripted, highly edited version of it all!”
• We are dealing with this issue “Privately” as a “Family.” Sounds like WeTV hit them all with NDA’s. Production didn’t want them spilling the tea for the next season.
