Andy Cohen & The Kids On Vacation, Gets Insulted?

Andy Cohen, well known for keeping his cool during The Real Housewives on Bravo, went on a vacation with his kids. Benjamin is six, and his little sister, Lucy is two. Did the single dad get insulted for his efforts? After all, he displayed his experience dealing with drama while managing to keep a five-star smile on his face.  

Insulted On Vacation?

If you are a parent like the Bravo host, it might not surprise you that the possible insult came from Ben and Lucy. Sometimes, kids blurt out the truth without regard for any subtlety, and other times, they can simply be brutal. This time, Ben opted for brutal. However, he got his sister to relay his message.

On Monday, February 17, 2025, Andy Cohen took to his Instagram account and told his Bravo fans, “Cohen Family Vacation begins.” In his video, the kids sat in the back, while he sat in the front of the car. Ben said “Yo bro,” after his dad asked, “Are we going to have the best vacation ever?” 

The Insult Was Started By Ben

The host of The Real Housewives didn’t argue with his son. Back in late January this year, he tried arguing with Ben about eggs and cereal for breakfast. Notably, Andy lost and claimed he couldn’t ever “win an argument” with his boy. 

Before Ben agreed that their vacation would be great, he told his little sister, Lucy, “Tell dad ‘Chicken Butt.” Now that sounds like an insult. And, it could be one, depending on how you apply the term. If you don’t know, Redditors claim it means someone feels “pretty high” when someone asks, “What’s up?”

Happy Compliance From Little Sister

Of course, Lucy Cohen is way too young to know anything about a saying that originated hundreds of years ago. So, she happily complied and passed on Ben Cohen’s message to her dad. Well, it seemed that Andy Cohen felt it was a bit of an insult, because he asked Ben, “Why are you telling her to call [me chicken butt]?”

Of course, the answer was simply: “Because I’m six years old!” Naturally, Bravo fans enjoyed the interaction between the family members. So, they soon started commenting on the post. The Real Housewives star Margaret Josephs loved it and said, “Have the best vacation with Ben and Lucy, Chicken butt .”

Andy Cohen couldn’t be angry though, so he said, “I can’t wait” for the “best vacation ever.”
