Counting On Spoilers: Jinger Duggar Defies Jim Bob
According to the Counting On spoilers, Jinger Duggar defied her father. She took to Instagram on Thursday, November 16. Jinger wore a sweater with a low neckline.
She wore a face full of makeup and her brown hair draped over her left shoulder. She finished off her look with simple hoop earrings.
Jinger announced that her memoir was nominated for the Good Reads Book Awards. Her book Becoming Free talked about her life with the Duggar family.
She escaped the rules imposed by her parents Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar. Jinger thanked her fans for their support of her new book.
“I just wanted to hop on here and say that I am so excited. I heard yesterday that Becoming Free made it onto Good Reads nominations for best memoir and autobiography of 2023,” Jinger shared. “Thank you for allowing me to share my story. It’s been quite the year.”
Counting On Spoilers: Jinger’s Dig At Father
The Counting On spoilers reveal that Jinger Duggar took the opportunity to dig at her father’s homeschooling methods. Jim Bob refused his kids an education outside the home.
He didn’t want them to be exposed to the world, but he was the one denying them their freedom. Jinger hopes that her followers won’t follow in his footsteps.
“It’s crazy to think back to January when I released this memoir and how many emotions I was experiencing at that time,” Jinger explained.
“But hearing all your stories and what you walked through. You guys have been through some hard things that I couldn’t even imagine. I just hope that those who are still stuck in this bad teaching will come out and find freedom.”
Jinger is praying for those who “found harm in those teachings.” In her memoir, she exposed her family’s strict religious upbringing. Jinger has since built a new life for herself with her husband Jeremy. She is not in contact with her family.
