Victor can do as he likes and make quixotic, seemingly irrational changes because his company is loaded with assets. He can make mistakes and like a rich sports franchise, buy his way out of mistakes.
The Young And The Restless Updates – Victoria Newman Bolts Again?
Victoria, like her brothers, has come and gone from the family business on multiple occasions. It would not be surprising to see her jump from the soapy ship again.
However, she would prefer to remain on board and wait until her father’s latest whim either changes back in her favor or his decisions create failure, and she is seen as the savior who can restore order.
Leaving Newman Enterprises would likely lead to Victoria forming her own company. Of course, Jabot might want her as well.
Victor Newman Knows One Way
Christian Miller was Victor’s birth name. His often-told orphanage backstory led that young man to change into a new man, Newman. And to the victor goes the spoils, thereby making him Victor Newman.
This old dog does not want to learn new tricks because his chess moves have created a legacy that he is proud of. So, Victor will head the company he founded decades ago.
Whether he rehangs that famous oil-based portrait in his office will soon be known. Of course, Victor could commission an updated image and put that where the painting he had made of Victoria now hangs on Y&R.
