The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Lily And Devon IPO Face Off– Will She Believe Audra Is A Threat?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will face off about the Chancellor-Winters IPO. Devon maintains that it is a bad idea and wants to pull out of going public. But Lily and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) believe the right move for the company is to move forward with the IPO.

Devon has made his position clear. He doesn’t think going public with the company is a good idea. Devon believes that it would give away too much control of the company. While Lily understands Devon’s point, she thinks going public would be a good idea. Unfortunately for Devon, Jill agrees with Lily.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers— Devon Hamilton Reveals A New Threat

Devon believed the biggest threat to Chancellor-Winters was Tucker McCall. He knew his bio dad wanted control of the company. He never suspected he would plant a mole and use Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to get information about the company and push for the IPO.

Y&R spoilers say that Devon figures out the Tucker and Audra link by their text notification and has a private investigator look into Audra’s background. He discovers that Audra had a large student loan balance that Tucker’s company paid.

When Devon reveals this information to Lily and Audra, Lily fires Audra, ordering Devon to have security escort her out of the building. Now that Audra is no longer an employee of Chancellor-Winters, she will no longer be beneficial to Tucker.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Devon Hamilton Wants To Split Chancellor-Winters

After Lily refuses to back out of the IPO, Devon has a new idea. He wants to buy back his share of the company splitting Chancellor-Winters into two companies. Y&R spoilers state that Lily isn’t sure that’s a good idea, and she’s confident that Jill would never agree to sell off a large chunk of the company, especially so close to the IPO rollout.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Lily informs Devon that (as she suspected) Jill refuses to sell Devon’s shares back to him. But they came up with a suitable offer for Devon.
