The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will have mixed messages resulting in an awkward meeting. It was supposed to just be a casual meet-up for a meal together, but old embers are starting to sizzle!
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Casual Meet Up
Recently, the two ran into each other in the park and shared some close moments, and he took her home. Billy hoped to grab a meal together some time, but when the meet up happens, it will feel more like a date. Once they figure out the details, they’ll likely end up at Society, which may be a little fancy for just a casual meal.
But then, usually the only other options are Crimson Lights, and Chelsea is there a lot already. Otherwise, there would be the Glam Club but that’s even more fancy than Society.
Y & R Spoilers: Mixed Salad Or Mixed Messages?
They may start out their meal with some mixed salad but soon there’ll be mixed messages flying between them as old attractions and long buried embers could start sizzling. Billy has just been through a bad breakup with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and it would be easy to cross out of the friend zone with Chelsea.
Even though they usually have an easy and clear communication with each other, Billy might flirt and Chelsea won’t know how to take him. They both know her main priority should be her healing and he might start flirting only to pull back, creating confusion. He’s single again but maybe it’s just not the right time to start making moves even though she was the one who kissed him when they were making that podcast together.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Where Do They Go From Here?
Chelsea and Billy may have a hard time figuring out where they go from here-there’s obviously more than coffee and friendship brewing and the pot’s getting hotter. They share a son, Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) who’s now getting along great with her son with Adam Newman, (Mark Grossman) Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). That means they are already bonded as parents in common to a son, and Billy saved Chelsea from ending her life – a profound bonding experience for both of them.
Billy knew where Chelsea was coming from that night more than anyone else she knew-he was in the depths of despair over Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono) more than once. Chelsea hadn’t experienced the death of a child but feared the death of relationship with her children, and it was close to the same; they couldn’t help but get closer.
