Sweet Home Sextuplets: Courtney Waldrop Easily Deflects Party Critics

Wakdrop family

Sweet Home Sextuplets fans are abundant and many of them are sad that TLC canceled the show but Courtney Waldrop isn’t short of a few critics. This week, she easily deflected critics when the family of 11 enjoyed a party. When a large family has a party, there are enough of them to make do without guests. On New Year, fans saw that Layke, Rawlings, Rayne, Tag, Rivers, Blu, Saylor, Wales, and Bridge got together with mom and dad, they know how to have a good time. However, there were some critics.

Sweet Home Sextuplets Critics Stressed About Courtney Waldrop’s Son Blu

When the show was still running, a lot of critics just about had heart attacks over the little sextuplet Blu. Remember how he used to climb up the wrong side of the banister? Or, he’d get up on the kitchen counters. Always a daredevil, helicopter moms freaked out. Actually, he survived his many misadventures, and earlier this month the six little kids enjoyed their birthday party. Now they had another party, people worried that some of the kids could have been hurt.

The former cast of Sweet Home Sextuplets visited the ER often. For example,  Rivers and Rayne both went there after they bust their chins. Meanwhile, Rawlings broke her arm. Even big brother Saylor ended up there when he broke something in his foot.  But given the number of kids in the family, it’s hardly surprising that some of them end up needing some medical care. So, it’s not a shocker that some people don’t like to see the kids in a situation where they might get hurt.

Sweet Home Sextuplets Party At New Year

When Courtney shared about their New Year party, the kids and Eric really looked like they enjoyed themselves. In her caption, Courtney Waldrop said, “We throw the wildest parties!!🎉😂🎉 This is how we rang in the New Year😍😍😍.” Then she added, “Honestly we were so loud I think we may… have been heard miles away!!😝” Later, in the comments section, she described them as being like a “herd of elephants.” However, critics didn’t like that the little kids danced on the table.

Sweet Home Sextuplets fans loved the way everyone blew their whistles and danced. Plus, they rocked to some great music.  One follower said, “This looked like so much fun, hope you had a ball dancin’ on the table kiddos, I would have 💜💙.”

Another person opined, “What a joyful and perfect way to ring in the new year! Love the song choice too. 😊 Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!! 🎆🥳❤️❤️.”

While many such comments arrived, others slammed the mom of nine.

Deflecting Critics

The Sweet Home Sextuplets’ mom didn’t lose it with critics and just swatted them away with easy replies. One critic wrote, “Why are they on the furniture???? Accident waiting to happen. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.” So, Courtney just replied saying, “you’ve got to dance on the table on New Years’ Eve!!🥳😜🥰.”

Another critic asked, “Why is everyone standing on the kitchen table?!” So, instead of firing back, the mom just said, “because we’re partying!!😜😜😜.”

Here’s another example of a critic getting easily deflected: “great everyone (sic) had fun but they shouldn’t be all on the table you eat on with shoes and bare feet not very safe jumping around….” Courtney just replied, “oh it cleans easily!!🎉🎉🎉.”

Clearly, the former TLC star wasn’t going to let critics get her down. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments below.
