The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Chance And Abby Continue Clashing Over Tucker

The Young And The Restless: Chance and Abby Chancellor (Conner Floyd, Melissa Ordway)

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and rumors tease that Chance and Abby Chancellor (Conner Floyd, Melissa Ordway) will continue clashing over Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Abby is concerned that Chance is not realizing the danger that Tucker poses to her and her family like he should, and as a cop, he should.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Why Isn’t He Suspicious?

Abby has told Chance about all the things that Tucker did to her and her mother back when Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) was involved with him. She cannot understand why Chance is not more protective and why he seems to even be avoiding the subject with her, just saying that sometimes people change over the years. Abby is extremely upset with Chance’s seeming nonchalance over such a dangerous man like he thinks she’s overreacting or something; she ought to know, she was there.

Abby tells Chance he should be getting the GCPD involved in investigating Tucker and why he is in town. Chance keeps telling her he has to have a warrant in order to do that and there has been no evidence of any criminal intention or activity.

The Young And The Restless Updates – The Honeymoon Appears To Be Over

The honeymoon appears to be over as Chance spends more and more time on casework at the police station – or at least he says he is. Abby recalls him leaving early for a meeting he says he had but then told her he forgot they’d changed the time. Later, she heard from someone he was seen at Crimson Lights with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) – why?

The Young And The Restless: Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).

He said it was a work meeting and that didn’t sound like a work meeting, no one told him he should continue Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) babysitting Chelsea. But Abby has become critical of nearly everything Chance does or says, from his viewpoint-he just wants to get away sometimes.

Agree To Disagree?

One problem Chance is having, although he’ll never say it out loud, is that Abby absolutely will not even agree to disagree to keep the peace, and not just about Tucker. He knew she had a problem with his friendship with Adam back in the day, although they no longer owe each other for saving one another’s lives. They don’t hate each other or hang out together, but they’ve become neutral, although Chance acknowledges Adam as a brother-in-law.

Chance is just hanging back and reserving judgment on Tucker, a new man in town until he can decide for himself whether he’s a danger or not. Chance sees himself as being the voice of reason and objectivity and not assigning the man a laundry list criminal record for offenses no worse than any businessman perpetrates.
