Brooke has been upset that Thomas has taken Douglas to live with him at the Forrester estate. Douglas had been living with Hope and her husband Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Hope has been trying to work with Thomas for Douglas’ sake. Hope and Thomas have been getting closer because they have wanted to take care of Douglas. Brooke believes that Thomas is a threat to Hope and Douglas. Brooke confronted Thomas about Douglas.
