The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Eric’s Blame Game Backfires as Forrester Creations Spirals Into Crisis

The Bold and The Beautiful: Eric Forrester (John McCook)

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Eric Forrester (John McCook) got carried away again. That was his fault, not Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont).

It’s plausible to believe that Eric’s ongoing emotional outbursts could lead to additional health issues. He’s off his game, as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) witnessed and thankfully acted on.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) also intervened, stopping the purposely prodding reporter from further inciting the co-founder of Forrester Creations. Meanwhile, all who were watching the live stream in Logan’s modest office responded to this new gift.

Bill Spencer Knows What Works

Whether Logan can sustain its momentum and build on it remains to be seen. But there’s no doubting Bill’s claim that FC has handed Logan an immeasurable amount of free publicity.

Eric responded well to the bait he was offered during the interview after the live stream ended. He wanted to focus on the new Couture line rather than reexamine the recent past when he stormed off to Logan.

But then he snapped, called numerous Logan employees names, and blamed all that happened on Bill.

Eric projected instability and had to be rushed off camera by Ridge, who was followed by Steffy. She ended what was a gotcha game rather than journalism, where the reporters don’t try to provoke the outcome they’ve been conditioned to produce.

Eric Forrester’s Modern World Struggles Continue

Looking back, maybe Ridge and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) were right. Eric seems to be proving that work is too taxing.

He can’t simply design at home or at FC. Instead, he’s used to being involved in all aspects of the fashion phases, like when he and his late wife, Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), co-founded the company.

The Bold and The Beautiful: Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)

Before the live stream, Eric commented about the new way his line was going to be presented to the public. No audience, legitimate media, or would fawning fashion press be more appropriate?

But these are the times he is living in, which is one of the minuses of living a full life. The world changes, and some adaptations aren’t possible because many decades of experience aren’t seen as valuable or relevant.

Logan’s Summer Momentum Grows

Ridge and Brooke were safeguarding Eric’s health, peace of mind, and his legacy. The company Eric built with Stephanie still exists, but the current co-heads that he selected, Ridge and Steffy, are best suited to the currency of the ever-evolving fashion business.

Bill isn’t the villain, but he’s surely exploiting vulnerabilities that are clearly visible in his intended target. Viewers have noticed that no other fashion houses appear to exist in Los Angeles, California, or elsewhere.

The coming French Riviera scenes are teased to be memorable. Here’s hoping that Eric will have settled down by the time they air. As for his family business, FC is sure to remain fixed in a self-provoked struggle with Logan.
