Enjoy Independence day celebration with my Patriotic Funfetti White Chocolate Popcorn. This festive popcorn treat is easy-to-make and perfect for all members of the family. Simply mix the popcorn with white chocolate and sprinkle with blue and red funfetti sprinkles!
Ingredients
4-5 C. of popcorn
6 oz Wilton white candy melts
1/4 C. of red, white and blue sprinkles
Directions
1. Make popcorn (see directions above)
2. Melt the 6 oz of white chocolate candy melts in a microwave safe dish in 30 second increments, stirring until melted (about 1.5 minutes).
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the popcorn (see photo) and stir to coat the popcorn. 
4. Add in the 1/4 cup of the red, white and blue sprinkles (see photo) and stir to combine.
5. Next, line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and pour the popcorn mixture onto the baking sheet and evenly spread it out. Allow the mixture to set about 30 minutes and then serve or store in an airtight container.
