Sarah Jessica Parker was seen running errands with her twins and their nanny on a rainy day in New York City.   Parker took Marion and Tabitha to an office building in the Upper West Side.  She wore casual jeans and a black sweater as she carried Tabitha to the office building. Marion was carried by her nanny.
