The two hit the beach to attend the Malibu Fair with a friend.  Richie looked stylish as she carried Harlow. Harlow must not have mommies fashion sense yet, because she was seen wearing a mismatched ensemble!

Richie just unveiled the new commercial for her House of Harlow jewellery line.
