Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott attend the Summer Soiree, held Saturday at Azure Luxury Pool in Las Vegas. Not only did she show off her bump, but a different looking face!  I hate to be mean to a fellow pregnant women,  but what did she do to herself?  Maybe, more work? Or caked on makeup?  This is not what people envision a glowing pregnant women to look like.
