In the clip fans see a young girl speaking to William about his kids during a visit to a Liverpool school. The youngster asks him, “Is Princess Charlotte cheekier than Prince George?” What did he have to say about that? William let it be known with a smile that, “No, they’re about as cheekier as each other.”
That sounds about right as the kids are all very young and no doubt fond of hijinks and mischief. Inside sources close to the royal family have gone on record as saying that Charlotte already knows what it means to be a royal, even though she is only 5. “Charlotte knows she’s a princess and already has a toy tiara, which she loves wearing,” an insider told Us Weekly.

According to the insider, William and Kate are raising their children to be aware of their royal lineage, but at the same time they want their children to be centered and as normal as possible. The insider spilled that the parents, “go out of their way to keep the kids grounded.”
“While the kids know there’s something special about them, they’re not spoiled.”
But now that Charlotte has turned five, a source told Us Weekly that, “she feels so grown up” after her milestone birthday. “She likes to pick out her own outfits with Kate’s help, and if she doesn’t like a dress she’s wearing, she makes her feelings known,” the insider said.
