Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will have the deciding Forrester Creations board vote on whether Thomas keeps or loses his job as a designer for the family business.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers– Thomas Forrester Faces The Fallout
Thomas returns to the spotlight on B&B to find that everyone has turned their back on him. He struggles to understand how what he did was any worse than Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) actions over the past year.
Matthew Atkinson explains that Thomas felt using the voice-changing app was the right decision because Brooke had threatened to call the authorities. In a sense, he shared, he was beating her to the punch.
Thomas’s fallout is exacerbated because he refuses to display any regret. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Thomas is astonished to learn that his mother, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), has developed a friendship with Brooke.
Before the FC board meets to discuss and vote on his fate, Ridge pulls him aside for a chat. He explains to his son that what he did was horrible and unforgivable. Ridge has thought about it over the past few weeks and decided to disown him. He wants nothing to do with him. It’s a crushing blow for Thomas.

The Forrester Creation board meets to discuss his future with the company. Atkinson said Thomas was surprised by the votes. The people he thought were on his side weren’t, and vice versa. The actor shared that Thomas did his best to plead his case to secure his position with FC.
The voting begins, and it comes down to Ridge. The vote, at this point, was tied. Whatever Ridge decides will tell Thomas his fate. This will be a test for both of them and determine the trajectory of their relationship moving forward.
