Social Media Explodes After Kardashians Delete Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Images
Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday is where the who’s who of Hollywood elite gathered. From Justin Bieber, Adele, Meghan Trainor, Paris Hilton to the billionaires, Jeff Bezos, Oprah Winfrey, and Mark Zuckerberg, there was no shortage of famous faces.
You can say that the momager really went all out for the milestone birthday, celebrating the James Bond-themed birthday bash at Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills mansion. But the rich and famous weren’t all that graced the reality TV star’s big moment, as royalty joined the celebrations in the way of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. However, it didn’t take long for drama to begin to brew.
Kim Kardashian Posts and Quietly Deletes Pictures Featuring Meghan Markle
They say action speaks louder than words, and perhaps for this reason, fans are in a frenzy to figure out why the Kardashians would erase Meghan Markle’s pictures from their timeline.
The former American actress arrived at the Saturday, Nov. 8 event “hand in hand” with her husband Harry.
“They arrived hand-in-hand and looked very happy,“ a source told PEOPLE. “Meghan was glowing in a black wrap-style dress that showed off one leg. She looked very glamorous and fit the theme perfectly. Harry looked sharp in a tuxedo with a poppy for Remembrance Day.”
It didn’t take the couple long to mingle with the crowd and take pictures with the celebrant, Kris Jenner. They also managed to snag a couple of pictures with Kim Kardashian, who looked dashing in a resplendent purple two-piece.
The first carousel of pictures from the party shared by Kris Jenner did not feature any pictures of Harry and Meghan. However, in later posts, pics of Harry and Meghan finally surfaced.
The confusing thing was that shortly after the images were released, they were deleted. This led many to speculate that it’s possible Harry and Meghan weren’t officially invited to the birthday party, amongst other things.
Still, it’s possible that the pictures were deleted for the sake of optics, considering that Kris’ birthday happened around the same time as Remembrance Sunday – a day to commemorate the servicemen and women in the UK.
“It appears that the pictures of Harry and Meghan have been scrubbed from Kris Jenner and even Kim Kardashian’s Instagrams,” one fan wrote. “Wonder why? You go to an event like that you should expect pictures to be taken… They already went so the damage has been done.”
