Jackson Roloff From LPBW Has His Third Leg Surgery
Jackson Roloff, the son of Little People, Big World alums Zach and Tori Roloff, just had his third surgery to correct the bowing of his legs. His mom shared some photos today, Friday, on social media and talked about him being a tough little man.
Jackson Back In Hospital
Jackson had many admirers when he appeared on the TLC show because of his cute and adorable personality. However, he didn’t want cameras filming his second surgery. Remember, the boy who is challenged by dwarfism was shown recovering from surgery when he was just four years old.
Many people felt terribly sad for him, so they were relieved when TLC didn’t intrude on his privacy during his second procedure, which was needed after a screw broke. Despite claiming that their son’s privacy was one of the reasons Tori and Zach left the show, Tori shared new photos of him on Instagram after his third surgery this Friday.
In her caption, Jack0ns Roloff’s mom wrote:
Jackson had his third leg surgery today and he took it like a champ. I had zero doubts, but he has every right to complain and he doesn’t.
Such A Resilient Boy
Tori couldn’t say enough to her LPBW fans about how brave her son is. She described him as “stronger than titanium,” adding, “let’s hope he’s not stronger than vanadium!”
The rest of her very long caption became rather sarcastic with fans who often worried about Jackson in the past. Snarky, she wrote, “I don’t share about his legs often because people on the internet seem to all have medical degrees and know exactly what the diagnosis is.”
Anyway, she trusts his doctors and wants everyone to know that she and Zach are doing the best they can for the eight-year-old. Of course, she’s “proud to be his mom,” and she admired his “resilience and patience.”

Leaving the comment section open for engagement worked, and soon reality TV fans started weighing in with their thoughts about Jackson Roloff after his surgery. One of them wrote, “Awesome job Jackson!!! Praying for a quick recovery.”
