The multi-talented actress, model, reality star, and devoted mother has just wrapped up her appearance in Season 3 of Special Forces. Hot on the heels of that, she’s set to debut her new reality series, Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, premiering on Bravo on March 4th.

Denise previously starred in her own E! series from 2008 to 2009, showcasing her life with her two daughters, Sami and Lola, as they navigated the challenges of life after divorce.

Aaron’s Been Called To Court, And Denise With Him

According to a report from In Touch Weekly, Aaron’s creditor is insisting on his presence in court due to his failure to repay a six-figure sum.

A hearing is set for June 13th, where Denise Richards’ husband must present all necessary documentation to “enforce a money judgment.” This ongoing debt dispute has persisted for nearly three years, dragging Denise into the fray as his spouse.

Denise Richards is, and was at the time the debt was taken on, married to Aaron Phypers also known as  Aaron W. Phypers, making her liable for their community property debts.

This situation could potentially lead to the garnishment of Denise’s wages, although that outcome remains to be seen.

Aaron Has Owed This Money Since 2022

Aaron Phypers is no stranger to financial troubles; this situation traces back to 2022 when the Creditors Adjustment Bureau took legal action against his business, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting.

The issue began with a hefty $190,000 loan he secured in 2019, which came with an $11,000 interest agreement-however, the pandemic hit, and repayment became impossible.

In a bid to settle the matter, he consented to a total repayment of $186,412 in monthly installments;  he managed to pay back only $40,000 before defaulting, and now he’s been sued.

Now, they are seeking a staggering $228,000 judgment against him-the big question remains: will this financial mess affect Denise Richards? Should she bear any responsibility, or is it Aaron who should face the music while Denise continues to work tirelessly?
