‘The Little Couple’ Dr Jen Arnold Warns About Winter Illnesses

Dr. Jen Arnold Has Advice For TLC Fans This Winter
The Little Couple alum is a neonatologist working at the John Hopkins Children’s Hospital in Boston. So, when it comes to illness, she is well qualified to give parents advice. Of course, she also raises her two adopted children, Will and Zoey. So, she knows what to look for when winter comes along with sniffles and coughs.
During the pandemic, Dr. Jen Arnold gave a lot of advice about social distancing, wearing masks, and vaccinations. Fortunately, those days are behind us for the time being, so according to the TLC alum, fans don’t need to worry too much about COVID this year. But, she does have other warnings about winter illnesses.
The Winter Illnesses On The Uptick
On Friday, The Little Couple alum took to her Instagram and did a reel where she discussed winter illnesses in 2024. First, the TLC star wrote in her caption:

In the video, Jen Arnold explained that during the COVID years, because of “social distancing,” there was a drop in the usual cases of flu and viruses. But now they are coming back. And, she said that there are two types to watch for.
What To Look Out For in 2024
The TLC star told her followers to look out for “RSV, a respiratory virus.” Additionally, there is a sort of “walking pneumonia” which is going around. She noted that it is “caused by a bacteria” and can be quite serious. So, it might be a good idea to see a doctor if flu-like symptoms present themselves this winter.
