Tori Roloff Fans Wonder What Happened To Murphy The Dog

About six years ago, Little People Big World alum Tori Roloff replaced a rainbow-bridge pup with Murphy, a huge Bernese Mountain Dog. However, TLC fans have not seen any photos of the dog on her Instagram profile page for a while now. So, naturally, they wonder what happened to Jackson’s best friend.

When Did Fans Little People, Big World Fans Last See Murphy?

In the last year, TLC fans did see Murphy the dog. Sometimes, photos came on stories, but they also came on the reality TV stars’ profile page. A year ago, TLC fans saw that the dog seemed attached to Josiah, the youngest child. As the pup previously adored Jackson, fans wondered if the oldest son felt a bit jealous. 

In January this year, and again in February, TLC fans saw more photos of Murphy on Tori Roloff’s social media. Although Bernese Mountian Dogs thrive in very cold weather, some Little People Big World critics called her out because it was snowing. As they have seen nothing since then, it’s not surprising that some people wonder if Murphy passed away.  

Tori Roloff Ignores A Question About Murphy 

This weekend, the Little People, Big World alum took to Instagram, and shared some photos of herself with Zach and the kids. They had gone to visit an apple orchard, and some sweet photos arrived. However, one of her followers who got the breed wrong went off-topic and asked:

What happened to your beautiful St Bernard dog? Just one day, it came up missing?

One follower reminded the TLC fan that Murphy is a “Bernese Mountain Dog,” but Tori Roloff ignored the question. Of course, ignoring questions always makes followers suspect that something is up and the TLC star doesn’t want to talk about things. 

Dogs Like Murphy Can Suffer Ill Health

The first Bernese Mountain Dog that the Little People, Big World star had was named Sully. Sadly, Sully died at just three years old after a cancer diagnosis. And, according to My Dog Breeds, Bernese Mountian Dogs have a tendency to become ill with  “blood disorders [and] cancer.” However, that does not necessarily mean that Murphy has either problem.

There is a reason why Tori Roloff might have stopped sharing as much of her pup as she did in the past. After all, many critics slammed her for letting the kids climb on the dog. Plus, when she shared the photo of Murphy in the snow, she took so much heat that she eventually clapped back at them.
