Little People Big World’s Zach & Tori Roloff Reveal Daughter’s Recent Medical Diagnosis

Zach and Tori Roloff

Little People Big World parents Zach and Tori Roloff have agreeably been through some tough times when it comes to medical issues in the past year following Zach’s emergency brain surgery and more. Now the couple is sharing the latest medical diagnosis of their four year old daughter, Lilah.

Four Year Old Lilah’s Sleeping Issues Revealed

Zach and Tori revealed the news during the latest episode of the TLC series, sharing the details of Lilah’s and her recent sleeping issues. After taking her to the doctors, they learned that Lilah was suffering from a moderate case of sleep apnea.

An individual with sleep apnea will stop and start breathing while sleeping. Their body will wake them to the process, causing a lack of sleep. If left untreated, the problem can cause an array of other health issues.

“[People with dwarfism’s] airways are built slightly different than other people, and there is maybe a higher threat of something going wrong,” Zach shared about Lilah’s new diagnosis during the recent episode that aired on March 26th.

The Roloff’s Deal With Their Four Year Old’s Medical Diagnosis

Zach and Tori then had to deal with the stress of medical procedures as their daughter was scared about what was to come. “She gets it in her head and then she gets scared, and then she has a hard time recovering,” Zach shared.

“I keep telling her that they’ll put stickers all over her head and, you know, you’re gonna have a nurse there and things like that, so I hope she has a good idea, but who knows with her,” he said before the sleep study was done.

It looks like the family has once again made it through another obstacle as they keep on moving forward. Fans are confident the duo can maintain their positivity after all they have managed to get through so far.
