B&B Spoilers: Sugar Was a Legacy Character
According to The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, viewers were introduced to Sugar before Sheila entered the scene. Sugar debuted on August 26, 2025, and ended her time on January 11, 2006.
Sugar is a prison warden who helps Sheila escape from prison. Sheila met Sugar and drugged her. She used Sugar to get plastic surgery to look like her. She also turned Sugar in to the police. Sugar was sent to prison instead of Sheila.
Sugar was also a legacy character. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Sheila has been secretly visiting someone from her past. She could’ve reunited with Sugar and convinced her to help her kill Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). That way, she doesn’t get the blame for the crime.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Did Sugar Visit Steffy?
At the end of the Friday, February 23 episode, Sheila appears at the cliffhouse. She lurks behind a bush. Sheila whispers that Steffy is going to die. However, some B&B fans think it’s Sugar who delivered this death wish.
They took to the thread to share their thoughts. One fan mused: “Last time she was seen, Sugar still had Sheila’s face….” Another fan wrote: “Hmmm interesting but it def Sheila IMO.” A third user agreed: “That was my first thought as well.”
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that Kimberlin Brown teased that Sheila will do something that she’s never done before. She could hire someone else to murder Steffy. It could be Sugar since she still looks like her. Or, Sheila will gaslight Steffy by stalking her while having Sheila’s face.
This could cause Steffy to have a mental breakdown. Sheila will take advantage of Steffy’s psyche to get closer to her son Finn (Tanner Novlan) and her grandson Hayes. She will offer to babysit for them. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Finn sides with his biological mom once again.
One fan suggested: “For me, it’s Lucie, the babysitter… She brought the children to the restaurant on purpose. I find it suspicious that she brings the children to this restaurant with the psychopath!”
Steffy’s nanny brought her kids to Il Giardino. She took a photo with their kids while they were there. Sheila photobombed their shot by smiling in the background. Lucie could be secretly working with Sheila behind Steffy’s back.
