General Hospital spoilers and updates tease desperate Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will seek Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) after getting some cyber-help from Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
But even if Josslyn does find Dex, will he come back to Port Charles with her or allow her to go with him?
General Hospital Spoilers: Dex Heller And Josslyn Jacks Discussed This
Dex and Josslyn had discussed this before, about Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) suspicions of Dex being a mole and the danger to his life.
He said it would be best if he left town and never came back although he didn’t want to leave Joss-but he didn’t want her to come either.
Her family and life and friends are in Port Charles along with her school and future, and Dex didn’t want her living the life of a fugitive.
But Josslyn protested, she cried, she pleaded for Dex to either stay or take her with him. And this was even before Sonny and his men took him out to the Pine Barrens and nearly killed him, and would have had Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) not intervened!
GH Spoilers: Help From Damian Spinelli
Josslyn had approached Spinelli at Charlie’s Pub and asked him for help tracking a burner phone by triangulation to get a general idea where Dex might have gone.
The only problem with that idea is that Dex has a new identity and phone, that’s why he left the goodbye letter and his dog tags with Sonny for her.
Because if he kept the same phone, anyone connected with him or Sonny’s people could track him as well. Josslyn didn’t really tell Spinelli who she was trying to find either, because if she did he might tell her she’s better off not incurring Sonny’s wrath by finding him.
General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn Jacks Goes On The Hunt
Josslyn doesn’t know that Sonny and Dex had discussed Dex staying in one of Sonny’s safe houses until he could get him a new identity.
But she may be aware of the safe houses and know where they’re at or at least some of them and may decide to check them first.
Josslyn may just get lucky and find Dex before he leaves and has gotten his new identity, but will it serve for any more than an in-person goodbye?
Dex knows too much about Sonny and his businesses and his organization, and that’s why there was a target on his back and could still be one.
Sonny’s enemies, including the Mob Boss Murderer or murderers could come after Dex for what he knows-and that wouldn’t be safe for Josslyn, not safe at all!
