Sister Wives Season 18 Spoilers: Christine Brown Shares Personal Story
The moment took place during the four-part reunion special. On the Sunday, December 3 episode of Sister Wives Season 18, Christine was asked about her ex-husband’s wedding new wedding ring. Earlier in the season, Meri noticed that Kody had on a new ring. At the time, Kody didn’t explain where he got the black wedding band.
“That’s because there’s a backstory here. I don’t feel like it’s all the way to my place, but here we are,” Christine admitted before sharing the story. “So, Kody and Meri had a wedding ring. Robyn was in the picture, I don’t know if they were married quite yet. He melted down the ring. Saved the gold, saved the diamonds. Well, Meri found out. She’s like, ‘Where’s my ring? You don’t wear it anymore.’ And he was like, ‘Oh, I melted it down.’ Just like that.”
According to the Sister Wives spoilers, Christine was shocked by Kody’s reason. He told her that he didn’t want Meri to have “control over me and power over me anymore.” Christine admitted that all four of his sister wives bought him a new ring, which is a Claddagh ring. Kody wore this ring for some time before designing a new one with Robyn Brown.

Meri Brown didn’t like learning that Christine spilled the tea. She said that she will share her side of the story. The Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Meri was overcome with emotion. She admitted to the producers that she was “extremely frustrated.”
“And somebody else took it upon themselves to tell that story and now I’m being forced to talk about it and I’m not happy about it. It was not Christine’s business to tell,” Meri Brown added.
According to the Sister Wives spoilers, Meri Brown admitted that she would’ve shared that story 13 years ago. Fans slammed for not speaking out. They noticed a red flag that Kody didn’t want to be with Meri then. But, she remained with him all this time.
