Donna wants to support the man she loves but feels conflicted. Eric told her and RJ that they were to tell no one about his condition, especially Ridge. Donna wants to honor his request, but RJ believes it is not right for them to do so.

Eric is not foolhardy when it comes to business. While the Fashion Showdown concept appeared to be a father-son competitive play, Ridge has begun thinking differently.

The audience sees two parallel points of conflict. RJ is seriously concerned about Eric’s physical health and state of mind. Ridge can not allow the company to be hamstrung by his dad’s desire to prove himself. Soon, both plot points will converge as the next part of this storyline unfolds on B&B.
