General Hospital spoilers indicate Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) really gave Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) an earful recently when she spied Esme cozying up to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) in a way that she felt was crossing a line. Would Esme have behaved that way if she knew Joss — or Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) — were looking?
Regardless, Esme took Joss’ words to heart. She stopped by to check in and offer Trina her condolences before going home to Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). But Esme isn’t going to be able to shake Joss’ words from her mind that easily. Maybe Joss was right. Maybe Esme is incapable of change and is still the horrible person she always was.

Yes, Esme actually has feelings. However, she’s developing some pretty interesting ones for Spencer that have left her rather confused about what she really wants for the future with Ace’s brother. Esme is still getting to know herself, given that she can’t remember anything that happened to her before she plunged into the icy waters beneath the parapet at Wyndemere. Esme has taken note of the fact that her initial instinct in most cases is to manipulate and whatever she has to in order to get what she wants.
