General Hospital (GH) Spoilers indicate the Quartermaine family is up in arms right now, worried sick over what to do about Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). They never expected him to wake up from a coma believing he was Eddie Maine — his 90s rock persona. While Ned struggles with some twisted form of dissociative identity disorder, there’s nothing the Quartermaines can do but wait at home and pray that he comes back to his senses soon. Right? We know better than that. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) are going to be hard at work coming up with ways to keep Ned close to home. No one said they wouldn’t have to get creative, though.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Is Doing A Great Job So Far
Thus far, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has really gone above and beyond to help Olivia out. He’s not going to let her lose her husband — regardless of what he really thinks of the guy. Offering Eddie a place to stay and connections in the music industry, it seems that Sonny is paving the way for Ned to set up shop playing music right in Port Charles. That’s the plan anyway.
General Hospital Updates – Tracy Quatermaine Is Up To Her Old Tricks
Tracy is likely to call in help from Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) soon, and rumor has it she needs some legal advice on how to protect the family business while Ned is out of his mind. They can’t have him voting on the board of ELQ, even though Eddie Maine probably wouldn’t have any interest in that anyway. That being said, while she’s chatting with Diane, Tracy might go ahead and ask her how she can also protect her son from himself. Do they have any legal avenues to make sure Eddie Maine doesn’t disappear?
Nina Reeves Will Seal This Deal, Inadvertently
The most compelling part of the storyline will be when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) comes into play. She has been frantic ever since Sonny invited Eddie to stay with them. The last thing she needs is for Ned to start to realize who she is and that he remembers their conversation right before he fell and incurred his head injury. Instead, Nina is going to embrace the situation and will use the time she has with Eddie to convince him that going on the road is the best thing for him. That’s going to backfire on her though when he appreciates her friendship so much that he falls for her. Will Nina have to resort to returning Eddie’s affections to keep him under her spell?
